Last night for FHE we had the kids write down questions they had about the gospel or anything else that was on their mind and put them in a bowl.Then we randomly chose and tried to answer them. Needless to say, it was an open invitation for questions about ice cream, Darth Vader, and other such silliness. However, Will was not to be distracted (hard to believe I know-Will lives for silliness). He wrote some very thought provoking questions for a 7-year old. Foremost on his mind was, "Why would Heavenly Father put animals on the earth that can kill us?" and "Why won't Heavenly Father tell us when the second coming is?"
We had some great discussion.
