On Monday, I tried to make my new obsession, a Piecaken.
Piecaken is a pie, baked inside of a cake.
I know, right?????

Pie was coming in a big way on Thursday, I knew that.
But it was not Piecaken
and I needed to know if it could really be that good.
So I tried.
I baked a Pumpkin Pie inside of a spice cake.
And then I dropped it.
So I patched and frosted it,
and for the record- it was delicious.
